These rifles run on a direct impingement gas system with a fixed gas block, single stage match grade trigger and a carbon fiber wrapped target barrel for increase barrel rigidity without the added weight of a traditional steel barrel. To further decrease weight to an incredibly light 7.2 lbs. it comes with a keymod forgrip completely made out of carbon fiber.
