Description

Designed to help improve target acquisition, the Trijicon MRO was built for speed. Intended for use on rifles, carbines, and shotguns, the MRO features a single lithium battery which allows 5 years of continuous use. The large aperture and tapered light path maximizes the viewing area and allows for better situational awareness especially from non-standard shooting positions.

The Trijicon MRO scope is a sealed miniature reflex sight that features ambidextrous brightness controls, sub-flush adjusters, and advanced lens coatings. Its waterproof, hard anodized 7075-T6 housing makes the MRO the ultimate mini reflex sight on the market.

No clicks when making adjustments , dot looks like a shamrock, certainly no Aimpoint or even in the same league. The only plus is size.

Elevation and windage adjustments are soft. When making adjustments hard to tell how many clicks you’ve gone. Otherwise a nice red dot scope.

So I really wanted to like this. I had 3 Holosun optics prior to getting an Eotech and this MRO. Honestly the “cheaper” $200 Holosun optics actually had a more crisp red dot and I found the buttons to be easier to use than the dial on the MRO. I have to mention that I have an astigmatism, and so when I tried to magnify, the dot was completely blown out. The holosuns looked a little more crisp, but the Eotech was the best. Sub 100yds this optic is awesome for me. Again, my astigmatism may be at play here, but the larger I made the dot the less crisp it became. Larger view and solid optic for close to medium range shooting.
