Sako’s 90 Bavarian builds off 25 years of rifle-building innovation, offering the same level of quality, reliability, and accuracy that all Sako rifles are known for. Combining both timeless elegance and flawless performance, the Sako 90 Bavarian was designed with a large emphasis on high-seat hunting which involves fast shooting from a variety of different angles. As such, the 90 Bavarian features a hog-back style stock which features an ergonomic raised cheek piece to promote proper alignment between the shooter’s eye and the rifle’s iron sights or a mounted optic. Embedded with rosewood, the Bavarian’s stock features a slightly more vertical pistol grip for better hand placement, and is rounded out with a Schnabel forend. The 90 Bavarian comes standard with a single set trigger. This single stage trigger can be pushed forward to “set” the trigger, which reduces the pull weight by nearly 9 ounces for an extremely light trigger pull when you need to take an extra careful shot.
