does not fit over the medium vest will need to return wanted full layer system for her. always go try on this type gear at retail store as it takes a mix of men and womans fit to actually be comfortable for ladies the size chart is not accurate. i also have the vest ordered one for my son and myself none of the sizes fit correctly and we went by measurements provided when measured at suite shop. have to hurry now to do a mix and match by christmas.
