These are hands down the best rings I have seen. I love that they have a wedge to level your scope to the mount. Even with a level you can be off by as much as five degrees and at distance this could equate to feet off target making you adjust for wind when it is not the problem it is most likely a slight cant causing missed shots and inconsistency I wish it only came with an integrated level. I have seen some shooters using an electronic level which has three lights with as I remember red on the right and left and green in the center. Some bubble levels only go off center by as much as 5 degrees and the best are only good to two degrees. These mounts are rock solid and are constructed to not mar your scope. Once installed they will not vibrate loose. I did wait after about thirty minute to go back and retighten the screws holding the scope. You could wait longer but I would not advise torquing too tightly at first and try to install the scope mount tops evenly with equal gaps from top to bottom thereby applying pressure evenly guaranteeing the scope will stay put and producing a professional installation. Buy a decent level and install it where you can see it then use it.
