Accuracy International AE MK III .308 Win 24 inch Plain bbl Green Folding Stock

After a solid month working with the AI-AE, I would have to say I am compleatly satisfied. This rifle is without question Industral Strength in every way. The action and bolt appear able to handle much more powerful cartridges then the .308 Winchester. The alloy chassis hidden under the polymer side pannels is very stout and only incredible abuse could possibly damage it. A 24 inch match grade barrel is provided, and my sample is having no problems shooting half minute of angle 3 shot groups at 100 meters, and 500 meter groups average in the 3-4 inch range using match grade ammo. The adjustable cheek piece allows you to mount a scope with a large diameter lens and still align your eye with the higher scope. I expect to enjoy many years of heavy use from this rifle before it will need any sort of attention from a gun smith. Robert A. Gettysburg, Pa.
