Gift Card and Promotion Redemption
Unless otherwise noted on gift card or offer, redemption of promotional items such as gift cards, promotional codes, or other items granting the bearer a discounted price or offer may only be used in a one offer per transaction basis. Similarly, unless otherwise noted, promotions are for in-stock, current, and non-discounted or non-sale items only.

We strive to provide the latest and most accurate pricing to our customers via our website and marketing materials. Occasionally, we make a mistake - in most cases, we will do our best to do right by our customers, but we reserve the right to nullify a sale if a listed price was egregiously wrong or obviously a mistake. All prices displayed on EuroOptic.com are in US currency. Please, don't be that guy.
Resale
Please be advised the purchasing any product does not confer any rights to resell such a product, nor does it confer any Authorized Dealer status from the manufacturer. Drop-Shipping
Please note that drop-shipped orders must utilize EuroOptic's shipping insurance program to receive any consideration in the event that a package is not delivered/lost in transit. In the event that the intended recipient of a package claims they did not receive an item, but the available GPS data or other proof of delivery from the shipping company proves that the item has been delivered, it is the responsibility of the entity whom placed the order to refund or replace this package. If these terms are not acceptable to you, call our customer service department, and we would be happy to ship utilizing your own shipping account. Otherwise, EuroOptic is not responsible for "lost" orders with a delivery confirmation.
