Rules and Restrictions ("Official Rules") for the EuroOptic Site Survey Tikka CTR Sweepstakes ("Sweepstakes")

All entrants must read these Official Rules before entering the sweepstakes.

NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN THIS SWEEPSTAKES.

A PURCHASE DOES NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCE OF WINNING.

This Sweepstakes is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram, or Twitter.

This Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania, and all claims must be resolved in the federal or state courts located in Pennsylvania.

1. Eligibility: Eligibility is limited to only legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia. Employees of EuroOptic ("Sponsor"), its parents, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their family/household members (defined as parents, spouse, children, and siblings) are not eligible to enter. VOID WHERE PROHIBITED. All federal, state, and/or local rules and regulations apply.
   
   
2. Start/End Dates: The Sweepstakes begins at 12:00 PM on 10/07/2016, and ends at 11:59 PM on 10/31/2016.
   
   
3. How to Enter: In order to enter the Sweepstakes, entrants must complete the survey form at http://www.eurooptic.com/eurooptic-tikka-t3x-ctr-6.5-creedmoor-giveaway.aspx.
   
   
4. Restrictions: Limit one Sweepstakes entry per person and per e-mail address. Entrants must have a valid e-mail address. More than one entry from any person or e-mail address will void all entries from that person or e-mail address. No automated entry devices and/or programs permitted. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, illegible, stolen, incomplete, invalid, unintelligible, misdirected, technically corrupted or garbled entries, which will be disqualified, or for any failure to receive entries due to transmission errors or technical failures of any kind, including but not limited to malfunction of any network, hardware, or software, whether originating with entrant or Sponsor. Proof of submission will not be deemed to be proof of receipt by Sponsor.
   
   
5. How to Win; Odds of Winning: One (1) Winner ("Winner") will be selected on or about 11/7/2016 in a random drawing from all eligible entries received by EuroOptic, whose decisions are final and binding in all matters relating to the Sweepstakes. EuroOptic reserves the right to cancel a drawn winner and select another for any reason. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. A potential winner will be notified by email on or at about 11/7/2016. An entrant selected as a potential winner must comply with all terms and conditions set forth in these Official Rules in order to be deemed the Winner. If a potential winner does not comply with all of the Official Rules, then EuroOptic may choose a new potential winner in the same way the previous potential winner was chosen, and this process will continue until a potential winner is deemed the Winner by Sponsor.
   
   
6. Prizes: There will be one (1) Winner who will receive a Tikka CTR rifle in 6.5 Creedmoor as the prize ("Prize").
   
   “Tikka®” is a registered trademark of Beretta USA. All other product names are trademarks of their respective owners. EuroOptic, LTD is the sole sponsor of the Sweepstakes. Beretta or any parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, employees, officers or directors, are not sponsors of the Sweepstakes.
   
   Sponsor makes no warranties with regard to the Prize. The Prize is not transferable. No substitution of the Prize is allowed by the Winner, but Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. The Prize is not redeemable by the Winner for cash value. All taxes, fees and surcharges on the Prize is the sole responsibility of the Winner.
   
   
7. Affidavit of Eligibility/Release and Forfeiture: The Winner may be required to sign and return a release of liability, declaration of eligibility and, where lawful, a publicity consent agreement, as conditions of receiving the prize. Failure to comply with the aforementioned conditions at Sponsor’s request shall be grounds for forfeiture of the Prize. If the Winner cannot be contacted within five (5) calendar days of first notification attempt, if the Prize or prize notification is returned as undeliverable, if the Winner rejects the Prize or does not comply with these Official Rules, the Prize will be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected from the remaining eligible entries. If the Prize is forfeited, no compensation will be given.
   
   
8. Release and Indemnity: By participating in this Sweepstakes, entrants and the Winner agree to release and hold harmless Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Sponsor, and Sponsor’s parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in the Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes-related activity and for any claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. Sponsor is not responsible if the Sweepstakes cannot take place or if the Prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, or acts of terrorism.
   
   
9. Miscellaneous: All entries become the sole property of Sponsor and none will be acknowledged or returned under any circumstances.
   
   In the event of a dispute, entries will be deemed made by the authorized account holder of the e-mail address submitted at the time of entry. The "authorized account holder" is deemed the natural person who is assigned to an e-mail address by an Internet service provider or other online organization responsible for assigning e-mail addresses for the domain associated with the submitted e-mail address. A potential winner may be requested to provide proof that he/she is the authorized account holder of the e-mail address associated with the winning entry.
   
   If for any reason the Sweepstakes is not capable of proceeding as planned, including due to computer virus, bugs, tampering, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failure, human error, or any other causes that affect the security or proper conduct of the Sweepstakes, Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process, and to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes.
   
   Sponsor is not responsible for any error, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission; communications failure; loss, theft or destruction of entries; unauthorized access to or alteration of entries; any technical malfunction or problem with any telephone network or lines, computer or online systems, computer equipment or software; failure of any e-mail or entry to be received by Sponsor (including due to technical problems or traffic congestion on the Internet or at any website); or any injury or damage to entrant's or any person's computer related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials in the Sweepstakes.
   
   Sponsor may prohibit an entrant from participating in the Sweepstakes or winning the Prize if, in its sole discretion, it determines that the entrant is attempting or likely to undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes, including by cheating, hacking, deception, use of automated quick entry programs or other unfair playing practices, or intends or is likely to annoy, abuse, threaten, or harass any other entrants or Sponsor representatives.
   
   Any attempt by an entrant to deliberately damage any website or undermine the legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes may violate criminal or civil laws and should such an attempt be made, Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from that person to the fullest extent permitted by law, in addition to any other legal and/or equitable remedies that are or may be available.
   
   
10. Use of Data: Sponsor will be collecting personal data about entrants online, in accordance with its privacy policy. Please review Sponsor's privacy policy at www.eurooptic.com/privacy. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants hereby agree to Sponsor's collection and usage of their personal information in accordance with Sponsor's privacy policy, and entrants acknowledge that they have read and accepted Sponsor's privacy policy.
    
    
11. Disclosure of the Winner: To obtain the name of the Winner, send a self-addressed, stamped envelope to EuroOptic Tikka CTR Giveaway, 439 Crawford Alley Montoursville, PA 17754, USA on or after 11/15/2016.
