The FN Five-seveN® pistol series fires the 5.7x28mm cartridge, a low-recoiling yet powerful cartridge originally designed by FN for the NATO PDW specification as a replacement to the 9x19mm.
Chrome-lined barrels are standard in the Five-seveN series, offering improved longevity. Polymer frames feature an ambidextrous manual safety and accessory rail to accept lasers and tactical lights. Single-action, with 10- and 20-round magazine capacity, and the choice of FDE or all-black matte coloration.
