Description

Pulsar's Telos XG50 is perfect for nighttime hunts, wildlife observation, and search and rescue applications. Like all of Pulsar’s thermal devices, the Telos XG50 offers exceptional imaging quality and performance. This is thanks to a combination of a high-sensitivity thermal detector, a fast aperture 50mm/F1.0 Germaniun lens, and the advanced Pulsar Image Boost Technology. The thermal detector features a sensitivity of NETD <40mK, allowing the Telos XG50 to pick up on small variations in heat signatures up to 2300 meters away. These heat signatures are projected onto a 1024x768 AMOLED display and are viewable in multiple color palettes for even greater versatility. The thermal imaging abilities are further enhanced by Pulsar’s own Image Boost Technology, which uses a set of advanced algorithms to render complex scenes in a wide range of halftones with evenly emitting low-contrast objects, such as the sky, grass and water surfaces. The Image Boost Technology is perfectly complemented the User Mode function. This lets the operator use the brightness and contrast adjustments to maximize the detail and informative value of the image in specific observation conditions. The User Mode function saves selected brightness and contrast settings in the device's memory providing optimal image quality for the next use of the thermal imager immediately, with no additional adjustments needed. Other features of the Telos XG50 include an ergonomic, nonslip rubber coated housing with exceptional wear resistance and perfectly withstands operation in a wide range of temperatures, including dusty and moist conditions, and it protects the device from falls. In addition, the Telos has a built-in laser rangefinder with a range of up to 1000 meters.

Features of the XG50:

  • High-Sensitivity NETD <40mK Thermal Detector: Highly sensitive thermal imaging sensor with NETD <40mK ensures stunning thermal image quality and perfect detail recognition even in the hardest weather conditions, when thermal contrast is low.
  • Fast Aperture 50/F1.0 Germaniun Lens: Gives users the best quality, most detailed & high-contrast, informative imagery every time
  • Image Boost Technology: Uses a set of advanced algorithms to render complex scenes in a wide range of halftones with evenly emitting low-contrast objects, such as the sky, grass and water surfaces
  • User Mode: Allows operator use the brightness and contrast adjustments to maximize the detail and informative value of the image in specific observation conditions
  • 1024x768 AMOLED Display: Improved colour rendering, is power saving, offers high contrast imagery and a quick-response
