This provides themost sensitive temperature ratings in its class at sub-20 millikelvin, and allows the TM50-640 to detect the heat signature of a man-sized object at 2600 meters away. Heat sources are projected onto a 1024×768 resolution OLED display, and are viewable on 4 distinct color palettes that can be used to adapt the Sidewinder to different environments, applications, or preferences. Videos and pictures can be stored on the device thanks to a 64GB memory module, and can be transferred to a compatible device via USB cable.
