This is an excellent optic for someone looking for great glass for less than $1,000. There are many optics in this price range that offer more features like exposed-turrets, lens caps, Sun shades etc, but the glass in this optic is far better than anything I have looked through in this price range. I compared the glass in this scope side by side to another popular European scope I have that was a little more than double the cost and it was ALMOST as nice IMO. My other scope has more features and appears to be more robust, but I’m just talking about glass. Again, if you don’t care about features and are simply focused on buying a scope just for the glass quality, this one is worth considering.
