The A400 Lite by Beretta takes the proven design of the A400, and packs it with features to make it one of the most advanced waterfowling long guns available. The A400 Lite incorporates the GunPod2, a small electronic device built into the stock that can connect to a smartphone via Bluetooth connection. This device works as a digital hunting diary that allows the user to map out their hunt, and drop a pain of where game was for where the best shots were taken. The GunPod2 can also directly share this information on Facebook or other social media venues for instant bragging rights.

In addition to its high-tech features, the A400 Lite utilizes Beretta’s own “Blink” system. This gas operating system can fire 4 shots in less than a second, and its 3” chamber will reliably cycle shell in the 2” to 3” bracket. The A400 Lite also has a “S grip”, this enhanced checkering pattern on the grip and fore-end gives the user a firm grip on the weapon even when wearing gloves.
