MDT TAC21 Remington 700 SA RH Blk Chassis 104204-BLK

The TAC21 Chassis System by MDT allows you to upgrade a Remington 700/Tikka T3X’s accuracy, versatility, and modularity. Installation takes around 30 – 40 minutes, and can improve the rifle’s accuracy by 28%. One of the TAC21’s more notable features is its compatibility with AR-15 stocks and grips (as well as the MDT Skeleton Rifle Stock, Carbine Stock, and line of pistol grips), allowing the user to tap into the vast assortment of aftermarket parts. The TAC21 was designed with a large emphasis on minimizing warping and distortion; the rifle’s receiver only makes contact on the V shape bedding and recoil lug area to ensure consistent accuracy, and a substantial clearance on the forend allows the free floating of barrels up to 1.350”. Other features of the TAC21 includes a straight-line design, causing the recoil to come straight back instead of kicking upwards. This translates to faster, more accurate follow up shots and less felt recoil. In addition, the TAC21 is equipped with an integrated flattop picatinny rail with a 20 MOA inclination, allowing the user to install an optic of choice.

Note: The TAC21 ships as a base chassis. An AR15 stock (or a compatible MDT stock), an AR15 buffer tube (commercial or mil spec), and an AR15 pistol grip (or a MDT pistol grip) is required to complete this chassis.
