Your satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we will offer full credit for items returned in new condition within 15 days of purchase, less return handling fees. Our return handling fees are $15 for orders under $1,000 and $25 for orders $1,000 and over. For returns of NFA items, a $75 return handling fee is assessed. Large/special order returns require special consideration at the discretion of EuroOptic.
Clothing and Footwear Returns
- Clothing items are eligible for return only if they are unworn, unwashed, and in new condition with all original manufacturer tags attached. Items with removed tags or signs of wear cannot be returned.
- Footwear must be returned in its original, undamaged shoe box. Shoes that show visible wear or are returned without the original packaging will not be accepted.
- Due to hygiene reasons, base layers and undergarments are non-returnable.
Firearms and Crossbows.
- Firearms that have been fired or had optics or accessories attached are no longer considered new and are not returnable.
- Crossbows that have been fired are no longer considered new and must be returned to the manufacturer for warranty or repair service. EuroOptic will not accept the return of used crossbows.
Riflescopes
- Please do not mount a riflescope and then attempt to return it for full credit. Returned scopes found to have been mounted will incur a minimum restocking fee of 20%.
Ammunition
- No Exchanges or Returns: Due to safety and regulatory considerations, ammunition is not eligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
Credova Payment Method
- Orders paid through Credova must be returned in full. Partial returns cannot be processed due to the structure of the financing agreement.
Shipping and Packaging
- When returning an item, ensure all original packaging and materials are included. Items must be returned inside a shipper box, preferably the one originally used for shipment. If original materials are missing or damaged due to improper packing, a refund may not be possible.
Shipping Discrepancies
- All shipping discrepancies (damaged/missing/incorrect items) must be reported within 72 hours of receiving the package.
