Description

Designed and produced for the most discerning Remington 700 precision shooters, the Timney Remington 700 "HIT" Trigger offers one of—if not the best trigger available for the for competition rifles built on the legendary R700 platform. The engineers at Timney examined current R700 triggers, then designed a trigger with new geometry, a more robust design, and Timney's new Sear Engagement Adjustment Lock design (SEAL'd). The result of their efforts is a user friendly trigger with an adjustment range of 8 ounces to 2 pounds, as well adjustments to overtravel. Each part of the HIT is precision machined to ensure the trigger will last a lifetime.

Great trigger, set @ 8oz from the factory, and for me that's a bit low. A simple turn or two and the trigger was right where I wanted it: best price and fastest shipping from EuroOptics.

This is my second Timney Trigger, they are amazing, American made, pretty easy to install, was set at 1lb which is just what I was looking for.

Excellent 8oz trigger for the Rem 700 and clones. So much better than the 1.5# trigger. I'm a competition BR shooter using 2oz triggers every other weekend. A 1.5# trigger feels like the safety is on. This is really nice. Timney is making new and better triggers all the time now. Keep up the good work. I also ordered the 3oz trigger for one of my back up BR guns.
