One of the RD20’s main characteristics is a large interior diameter that keeps target blockage from the housing to a minimum. This feature automatically switches the optic off when the rifle’s muzzle is pointed up or when the rifle is in a resting position, as well as an automatic shutoff six hours after the last button operation – making manually switching the optic off at the end of the day optional. The IIC function will then immediately activate the optic when the rifle is raised to a firing positon. This energy saving aspect gives the RD20 an amazing battery life of 50,000 hours. In addition, the RD20 comes standard with scratch-resistant lenses, and coatings that easily shed water, snow, and other debris.
