The Method 2 Saddle Starter Kit contains everything you need to get started on tree saddle hunting, and is ready to go right out of the box. This kit includes the Method 2 Tree Saddle, an Ultralight 10mm Tether, and an Ultralight 10mm Lineman Belt. Both the Ultralight 10mm Tether and Ultralight 10mm Lineman Belt weigh 40% less than the standard 11mm saddle hunting ropes, but deliver over twice the breaking strength (rated for 12,000 lbs). The Ultralight 10mm Tether and Ultralight 10mm Lineman Belt are also compatible with the Ropeman 1 mechanical ascender for easy one-handed operation.

The Method 2 Saddle itself utilizes a low profile, Two-Panel design that minimizes unnecessary bulk, allowing you to move quickly and quietly to your hunting spot. The two panels connect to each other with a patented Quick-Connect system composed of powerful magnets located in strategic positions, allowing you instantly attach/detach the panels by raising the lower panel towards your waistline where it will remain firmly affixed for a full range of unrestricted movement.

Despite the small size, the two-panel design of the Method 2 delivers a massive range of adjustability thanks to circular bridge loops that work in unison with the adjustable bridge, allowing you to make quick modifications to the fit of the saddle on the fly, but will stay put once adjusted. Another benefit of the two-panel design is Dynamic Weight Distribution, which provides enhanced support where your body needs it by optimizing how weight is distributed between the top and bottom panels. This eliminates the common “hip pinch” dilemma, reduces fidgeting, and allows for greater lower back support.
