Description
Blaser delivers the ultimate combination of elegance and utility with the F3 Attache Under/Over Shotgun. It utilizes a single trigger which operates independent of recoil and its pull length can be finely tuned to the shooter’s preference. Directly in front of the trigger is a conveniently located selector switch, allowing the user to choose which barrel fires first. The F3 Attache’s trigger also features Blaser’s innovation Inertial Block System (IBS) that eliminates the possibility of fan firing or doubling. To ensure a lifetime of reliable performance, the F3 Attache is outfitted with a wide array of mechanical innovations to greatly extend its service life. This includes the Ejection Ball System (EBS), a mechanism that activates the ejectors when a shot is fired and cocks them when the breach is opened. Because the ejector springs are always de-cocked when the gun is stored, spring fatigue is significantly reduced. Not only does this extend their service life, but also mitigates the resistance felt when closing the breach. Other features include a low positioned bore axis with optimized geometry, a solid locking wedge, and a high positioned hinge pin. These features come together to reduce the strain on the locking mechanism when the gun is fired, and ensures excellent durability.
In terms of performance, the F3 Attache is one of the best trap shooting shotguns available. Its firing pin and striker both feature linear guidance, allowing for the best possible transfer of kinetic energy and thus exceptionally fast ignition. Adding to the F3 Attache’s performance is a low profile receiver. This creates a remarkably low center of gravity and makes the shotgun remarkably pointable and accurate. The F3 Attache also comes equipped with the Blaser Balancer System. This system involves weights on the barrel and in the stock. These weights and moved to the shooter’s desired location, and additional weights can be added to create a shotgun perfectly balanced to the individual’s preference.
