TriggerTech’s AR15 Short Throw Stainless Safety allows you to maximize the performance of a TriggerTech AR Trigger! After the initial installation, the Short Throw Stainless Safety can be installed and removed without having to remove the grip thanks to the tumbler and ball tipped detent pin. The ability to install/remove the safety without removing the grip saves time and effort when changing triggers or cleaning/maintaining your rifle. The detent on the Short Throw Stainless Safety features a silicon nitride ball tip – the same material used on space shuttles – which offers extremely low friction and durability, resulting in a smoother operation. Other features include ambidextrous operation, but one side can be replaced with a cap for one-sided use. In addition, the Short Throw Stainless Safety can be configured in 45° and 90° interchangeable throws.
