Description
The 694 ACS is a high-performance under/over shotgun designed and tested by Beretta’s professional shooting team, and has been meticulously developed for enhanced ergonomics and perfect balance. Ideal for both hunting and trap shooting, the 694 ACS is equipped with Beretta’s exclusive B-Fast Adjustable Stock. The B-Fast system features a simple, yet innovative design that provides multiple adjustment options: a maximum height of 11mm, a maximum drop of 6”, a maximum rotation of 11° , and a maximum lateral adjustment of 13mm. Adjustments are made via spacers which function as “memory” for the height of the comb, allowing the shooter to modify the cast without losing height adjustment. The B-Fast’s locking screws provide a perfect fit to the towers, ensuring the best possible locking of the comb. The shape of the action has similarly been optimized for competition/hunting by providing an increased field of vision for tracking moving targets. Another performance-focused feature of the 694 ACS is the new steel forend iron system, which utilizes redesigned geometry and barrel hook to improve the sensation of opening the gun’s breech, and a refined forend coupling system employs a piston-operated stud in an optimal position – separate from the forend iron – and a self-regulating auget button.
Other features of the 694 ACS include Beretta’s classic closing system, which makes use of trapezoidal shoulders with two robust pins that protrude from the breech face and insert themselves into their respective breech housings, while dual hinged studs interface with the monoblock housings. This results in a closing action that is smooth, solid, and exceptionally reliable. In addition, the 694 ACS’s barrels are composed of Beretta’s exclusive Steelium Plus barrels which guarantee a dense, uniform pattern shot after shot, and a lifetime of service.
