Taurus’s G3XL offers the benefits of both a full sized and a compact handgun, and comes standard with a wide array of Taurus exclusive features. The slide is comparable to that of a standard full-size handgun, and barrel is a full 4” long. The longer barrel and slide provide a longer sight radius for better accuracy, and higher velocity for increased terminal performance. The grip on the other hand utilizes a compact design, allowing the G3XL to be easily concealed and carried comfortably. To ensure optimal ergonomics, the grip area features generous stippling patches in key areas for maximum control in adverse conditions, as well as a sizable palm swell and side-frame memory patches that deliver fast, positive hand positioning. The receiver and frame have also been streamlined by reducing the length of the accessory rail, and the removal of a manual safety allows the G3XL to be drawn and fired quickly.
