Regardless of the scenario the EOTech EXPS2-2 Holographic Sight, (2) dot Ballistic Reticle, w/ 3X Magnifier and FTS Mount (MPO-III) provides an unparalleled advantage when transitioning from short to long range shooting.

The Eotech EXPS2-2 offers true 2 eyes open shooting, a transversly mounted lithium 123 battery, 7 mm raised base offering iron sight access, and easy to adjust side buttons.

The 3x Eotech magnifier with Flip-to-Side (FTS) mount provides superior light transmission and the large field of view puts the competition to shame. Both units offer quick release throw levers for easy attachment and removal.

My first endeavor into EOTech and the whole experience is extremely well done. From the packaging to the hardy construction to the mounting system to the controls. The reticule itself is the 2 dot BDC and it works quite well with 62 grain M855 from 10 yards in to 50 yard to roughly 250 yards with what space I have for testing. The magnifier is solid as well with a great mounting system and clear glass. It's an expensive package but if you can afford it I would recommend. Tack on buying from a reputable retailer like EuroOptic/Scopelist and I've been nothing but impressed with their fulfillment and shipping times.
