Gift Card and Promotion Redemption

Unless otherwise noted on a gift card or offer, redemption of promotional items such as gift cards, promotional codes, or other items granting the bearer a discounted price or offer may only be used on a one-off per transaction basis. Similarly, unless otherwise noted, promotions are for in-stock, current, and non-discounted or non-sale items only. All sales of gift Certificates are final and non-refundable.



Note: Due to multiple instances of fraud and abuse, all promotional gift cards issued before January 1st, 2021, are considered null and void. If you believe that you may have a special circumstance, please give us a call. All EuroOptic Gift Certificates will continue to be honored.

Pricing

We strive to provide our customers with the latest and most accurate pricing, item descriptions, and pictures via our website and marketing materials. Occasionally, we make a mistake - in most cases, we will do our best to do right by our customers. If an item description or image is incorrect, we will provide a return shipping label for an exchange or full refund on orders within the US. If a particular specification or cosmetic aspect is crucial to your order, we recommend double-checking the SKU with the manufacturer’s site and emailing us if you see a discrepancy before ordering. When the price of an item on an order is obviously and egregiously incorrect, we reserve the right to close and refund said order. Please, don't be that guy.



All prices displayed on EuroOptic.com are in US currency. Prices, listings, and promotions are subject to change anytime and without warning. Modified orders that fall outside of minimum purchase requirements for a promotion will have the promotion removed. Only one promotion or discount may be applied at a time.

Resale

Please be advised that purchasing any product does not confer any rights to resell such a product or confer any Authorized Dealer status from the manufacturer. Different manufacturers have different policies, and it is the customer's responsibility to comply with all policies.

Drop-Shipping

Please note that drop-shipped orders must utilize EuroOptic's shipping insurance program to receive any consideration in the event that a package is not delivered/lost in transit. If the intended recipient of a package claims they did not receive an item, but the available GPS data or other proof of delivery from the shipping company proves that the item has been delivered, it is the responsibility of the entity that placed the order to refund or replace this package. If these terms are not acceptable to you, call our customer service department, and we will be happy to ship using your own shipping account. Otherwise, EuroOptic is not responsible for "lost" orders with a delivery confirmation.

Chargebacks and Fraud

EuroOptic reserves the right to dispute any bank or card chargeback. Furthermore, we reserve the right to refuse service to all of a customer’s accounts on all platforms where one of those accounts was found to have placed a fraudulent order, return, chargeback, or bounced check or ACH.
