Official Rules – Seekins Precision Element Hunter Rifle Giveaway



1. No Purchase Necessary

No purchase or payment of any kind is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.



2. Eligibility

This giveaway is open only to legal residents of the United States who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry and who are legally eligible to own a firearm in their state of residence. Void where prohibited by law. Employees of EuroOptic, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.



3. Giveaway Period

The giveaway begins on June 1st and ends at 11:59 PM (ET) on June 30, 2025. The winner will be selected in a random drawing on July 1, 2025.



4. How to Enter

Participants may enter by completing the official entry form at eurooptic.com. Limit one (1) entry per person. Duplicate or automated entries will be only counted once.



By entering, participants agree to be added to EuroOptic’s email list and may receive promotional emails. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link provided in our emails.



5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a Seekins Precision Element Hunter Rifle. Approximate Retail Value (ARV): $3,200.00.

Note: The prize is non-transferable and may not be substituted for cash. If the advertised prize becomes unavailable, EuroOptic reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.



6. Winner Notification and Requirements

The winner will be notified via email or phone within five (5) business days of the drawing. The winner must respond within seven (7) days to claim the prize. Failure to respond may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate winner.



7. Firearm Transfer and Legal Compliance

The prize firearm will be transferred to the winner through a licensed Federal Firearms License (FFL) dealer, in accordance with federal and Pennsylvania state law. The winner must be 21 years of age or older, pass a background check through the Pennsylvania Instant Check System (PICS) or their state’s equivalent, and comply with all applicable firearm laws.



The firearm will not be shipped directly to the winner. If the winner is ineligible to receive the firearm, they will forfeit the prize, and an alternate winner will be selected. No substitution or cash equivalent will be provided.



8. Pre-Order Fulfillment Disclaimer

If you have placed a pre-order for the Seekins Element Hunter Rifle, your order will be prioritized. The giveaway rifle will be fulfilled only after all pre-orders have been processed and shipped. Giveaway fulfillment timelines may vary and are not indicative of pre-order delivery schedules.



9. General Conditions

By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of EuroOptic, which are final. EuroOptic reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these rules.



10. Limitation of Liability

EuroOptic & Seekins Precision are not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, technical failures, or unauthorized human intervention. By accepting the prize, the winner agrees to release and hold harmless EuroOptic & Seekins Precision and its affiliates from any liability arising from participation or prize use.
