Shipping Policy
For all orders over $1000 or when shipping protection is selected on an order over $500, an adult signature is required. The carrier may also, at its discretion, require the signature of the person who placed the order at the actual delivery address. Also note that we must ship to the cardholder's billing address on all orders (except firearms, which must ship to an FFL). Your shipping/handling fee is determined by the parcel's weight and destination. Value is also considered for Shipping Protection purposes only.
If the signature requirement or shipping to the billing address is an issue, CALL US before placing your order. Once an order has been handed off to the shipper, it cannot be redirected or have the signature removed. This restriction is put in place for security reasons to prevent malicious redirects of the package and cannot be changed once en route. If the signature requirement is removed at the customer’s request, the customer waives EuroOptic of any liability for packages marked as Delivered by the shipper. If an order fails to deliver due to the customer not being available to receive the package, reshipment will occur only once shipping for the replacement order has been paid for.
Orders with backordered items will, by default, only ship when all items are in stock. To get in-stock items and backordered items shipped separately, we recommend placing two separate orders. If attempting to split ship a single order, please be aware that there will be additional shipping charges. If you do not wish to pay for a backorder in full up front, you can sign up for in-stock notifications from the item page. Occasionally, items will go out of stock during the checkout process. In this case, we will send you an email notification, and you can let us know if you would like to edit or cancel your order.
Requests to cancel, edit, or combine orders are best effort and generally not feasible as our warehouse is streamlined to get orders out as quickly as possible to our customers. In the rare instance that a cancellation is possible, that cancellation cannot be reversed, and a new order must be placed if desired. Any changes in price or promotions cannot be retroactively applied. NFA cancellations are subject to a $50 restock. Once an order is marked fulfilled by our warehouse, it is considered shipped, and you must call or email us at returns@eurooptic.com to initiate a return request. Shipping and Shipping Protection are consumable and thus non-refundable once an order has shipped.

Free Freight Offer
- Orders over $250.00 that do not contain free-shipping-excluded line items, can be shipped complete in a single package, and are destined for the contiguous United States, receive free UPS or USPS Priority mail at the discretion of EuroOptic. Please note that we use UPS Ground Saver for most free shipping orders under $500 and that UPS Ground Saver typically adds approximately 1 day of transit time compared to UPS Ground.
- Shipping will be assessed on orders that must be separated into multiple shipments.
- Orders modified after checkout may be assessed shipping if an ineligible item is added or if items are removed and the total falls below $250.
- You may opt for standard shipping options over the discounted shipping offer, if you prefer. In this case, shipping will not be discounted or waived.
- Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii may not qualify for free shipping.
- Discounted, Closeout, or Sale products do not apply.
- Programs that apply other discounts may incur shipping fees, depending on the nature and depth of the discount. Discounted purchases made through VIP/LE/Mil or industry accounts will also incur shipping fees.
- Firearms, Ammunition, or other products that require extra shipping care may be assessed additional fees. All regularly-priced firearms are assessed a $13.95 flat rate fee for shipping. Occasional liquidations or clearance sale-priced firearms may be assessed the actual cost of shipping.
- Shipping charges will be assessed on all returned or exchanged items.
- Returned orders found ineligible for receipt will impose a further shipping charge to return the order to the customer. See more details on our Return Policy.
Firearms Shipping
- Firearms, Ammunition, or other products that require extra shipping care may be assessed additional fees. All firearms are assessed a $13.95 flat rate fee for shipping. Occasional liquidations or clearance sale–priced firearms may be assessed the actual cost of shipping. Firearm orders for industry account users may be assessed the actual cost of shipping. Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or US territories may incur additional shipping charges.
- Firearms will ship to US addresses only. Firearms must be shipped to a licensed FFL, and NFA items must be shipped to an FFL with a current SOT. Please note that the FFL selection tool on our site is for customer convenience only and does not necessarily indicate we have the necessary compliance documents on file. To avoid delays in your order shipping, please speak with your selected dealer to ensure they have sent us a current copy of their FFL and SOT, if applicable.
- Pistols and revolvers must be shipped 2nd or Next Day Air. This excludes orders to US territories, which will ship via USPS Priority.
- For questions about firearm compliance and if your FFL will accept a firearm, NFA item, or accessory we ship, please speak with your FFL directly. EuroOptic is not liable for any transfer, shipping, or other fees related to an order being shipped to an FFL that will not complete the transfer. Likewise, we are not responsible for any fees incurred due to accessories being shipped to your FFL.
- Firearm orders will, by default, ship with all magazines and accessories included from the manufacturer. This means that if you live in a state with restrictions on magazine capacity, it is your responsibility to find out if your FFL will accept and transfer to you a firearm that arrived with such. If you need the magazines pulled from your order, please give us a call to place your order.
- If you need magazines pulled from your order, EuroOptic does not include or offer replacement compliant magazine(s) or any monetary compensation for such.
Ammunition Shipping
- Ammunition or other products that require extra shipping care may be assessed additional fees.
- Ammunition shipments must ship Ground - this unfortunately means that we cannot ship ammunition to Alaska, Hawaii or to US territories.
- Ammunition must be shipped to a licensed FFL, licensed ammunition vendor, or registered seller of ammunition in California or New York state.
- Additionally, due to state and local regulations, ammunition may not be shipped to Massachusetts, Connecticut, Washington D.C., or the cities of Chicago, IL, New York, NY, Buffalo, NY or Rochester, NY.
- As ammunition cannot be shipped via USPS, we cannot ship ammunition to PO boxes.
Magazine Shipping
- In certain states, firearm magazines are regulated by capacity. Magazines that exceed these capacities cannot be shipped to the state in question, and the order will be cancelled.
- Please review your state's regulations before placing your order. For LE exemptions, please call or email us before placing your order, or it may be canceled.
International Orders
- International orders are subject to additional shipping charges.
- We do ship to APO addresses.
- EuroOptic is not responsible for and can offer no specific advice on import fees, brokerage fees, duty, customs, or taxes that you may be charged upon arrival of your merchandise and urges you to consult your local government import office with any questions. UPS - United Parcel Service:
- Our standard shipping method within the contiguous US is UPS Ground, which takes 1-6 Business days for delivery from the shipping date. Orders that receive free shipping may ship via UPS Ground Saver, which typically adds 1 day of transit time compared to the UPS Ground estimates shown on the map below.
- Expedited UPS options are available, including:
- UPS Next Day Air - Delivery by the next business day.
- UPS Next Day Air Saver - Delivery by the end of the next business day.
- UPS Second Day Air - Delivery by the end of the 2nd business day.
- UPS Three Day Select - Delivery by the end of the 3rd business day.
- Please note that the carrier makes expedited shipping guarantees, not EuroOptic, LTD, and they are from the time of shipping, not the time the order was placed. We ship until 3:00 p.m. Monday through Friday. Orders placed outside these times will be shipped as early as possible on the next business day.
- A signature is required for most UPS shipments.

USPS - United States Postal Service:
- To all 50 states (including US territories such as Puerto Rico and Guam).
- Please allow 3-7 days for delivery via Priority Mail.
- All orders shipping to a PO Box must use USPS. We are not liable for shipping fees or delays incurred from selecting a shipper that cannot or will not deliver to a PO Box.
Shipping Protection
This service ensures that in the event of a lost shipment without delivery confirmation, EuroOptic will replace the order. If the package status states that delivery is confirmed to the correct address, replacement of the order may occur only after the investigation by the shipper and EuroOptic is concluded.
Please note that drop-shipped orders must utilize EuroOptic's shipping protection program to receive any consideration if a package is not delivered or lost in transit. If the intended recipient of a package claims they did not receive an item, but the available GPS data or other proof of delivery from the shipping company proves that the item has been delivered, it is the responsibility of the entity that placed the order to refund or replace the order. If these terms are not acceptable to you, call us, and we will be happy to ship using your own shipping account.
