SureFire's XVL2 Weaponlight is the perfect aiming/illumination solution for a nighttime pistol or carbine shooting setup. It can produce an powerful 400 lumen beam of white light which is perfect for temporarily impairing your target's vision or alternatively a 300mW beam of infrared illumination. The IR illuminator is completely invisible to the naked eye and is great for enhancing night vision. The XVL2 also comes equipped with a high visibility 47-millwatt green laser sight that increases aiming speed and target acquisition. The XVL2 also has an IR laser, visible only with night vision devices and can be used in conjunction with the IR light for aiming and illuminating in complete darkness. Each laser has a training and tactical mode, the training mode reduces the overall power consumption for better battery life. In addition, the XVL2 features a momentary-on and constant-on feature; momentary-on will keep the device active for as long and the toggle switch is held down. Constant-on activates the device with a quick press and release of the toggle switch and will remain active until switched off.
