AGM’s Comanche-22 3AL1 is a clip-on night vision device that excels at mid-range nighttime shooting. It attaches to the host-weapon via picatinny rail or weaver rail and is compatible with the majority of daytime scopes up to 7x magnification for optimal performance. No zeroing is required once the unit is positioned in front of the daytime optic, and a quick release mount enables fast and easy attachment/removal. The heart of the Comanche-22 is a 3AL1 Gen 3 image intensifier tube which offers significantly greater brightness and clarity when compared to Gen 2 models. Image quality is further enhanced thanks to an auto-gated feature, which helps maintain a clear visual while under infrequent and sudden changes in light. A bright-light cutoff system protects the photosensitive image tube from damaging intense light, and a wireless remote control offers intuitive operation. The Comanche-22 3AL1 is powered by a commonly available AA battery, or CR123A battery, and can operate for up to 60 hours (under ideal conditions) per charge.
