Designed for scopes up to 10x magnification, the Comanche-40ER Clip-On attaches to the host weapon via picatinny or weaver rail, and doesn’t require any re-zeroing after mounting. The heart of the Comanche-40ER is a Gen 3 level 1 Green Phosphor IIT – an image intensifier tube that delivers a significantly sharper, brighter image when compared to the Gen 2 models. Image quality is further enhanced thanks to an auto-gated feature, which helps maintain a clear visual while under infrequent and sudden changes in light. Other features include a bright-light shutoff system to protect the photosensitive image tube from damaging intense light. In addition, the Comanche-40ER comes with a quick release mount for easy attachment/removal, and utilizes a remote control for intuitive operation.
