The dot and glass are incredibly crisp and clear. Leaps and bounds about the T-1 I replaced with it, especially in front of a magnifier. The optic is fantastic and the shipping time and customer service were even better. Great optic, great price, great company... EuroOptic is now my go-to for glass.

I had wanted an M5 for years. I've had all sorts of red dots, to include several T2s. I've ran my M5 on my Sig Spear and I've put around 2000 rounds through the gun and I've yet to have any issues with this optic. It has held zero, consistently, throught training and riding in my patrol unit. Hands down my favorite optic I have ever owned.

This wasn't my first Aimpoint Comp M5
So I am biased I think it's the best Red Dot out there in terms of performance and durability.
The long battery life gives you confidence it won't go out on you when you need to use it.
Of you are looking for a Red dot with a closed emitter you cannot go wrong
I am a big fan if what Aimpoint does
I have one on my Honey Badger SBR and my Hk Sp5 and I love them

Another awesome Aimpoint product. I debated between the M5 and another T2. Glad I went with this option for my AR platform. The battery compartment is not a big distraction as I first feared. Solid build and construction as expected at this price point. As usual Euro Optic was quick to ship and amazing customer service.

It’s an aimpoint, the battery lasts forever, it’s almost indestructible, and it’s cool looking. It’s the a great optic for anyone. It’s great for flexing on the you know who’s at the range too!

Best durable and economic red dot on the market. Use these at work and home. Just have to give the love taps after making adjustments during zeroing to ensure clicks take in the optic; that's the only downside to this optic.

Great durability excellent quality the glass is super clear. I have a astigmatism and this is the most crisp red dot ever. Has all the durability of the comp m4 with less weight and more common battery than a T2.

You cant get a tougher more reliable red dot. I cant give it a 5 star though cause there are some quirks i cant get over. There is too much play between the settings. It feels like theres 1/8th of an inch of sloppy no tension play in-between the brightness setting. The brightness between 7 and 8 is a lot I wish there was a 7.5. You cant get the batter cap off the housing unless you remove the lens cover. The flip caps don't fit very tight and have a lot of play, they rotate just coming out of the range bag. I got this red dot coming from their h1, I think the T2 would have been better for me. With that said I wouldn't sell it or trade it in I don't have any buyer remorse just quirks you learn to work around, I do love this red dot a lot.

Love Aimpoint T1s, 2s and Comp M5s! The CompM5 is built tank tough, runs on a AAA battery for up to 50,000!
Euro-Optic is the best! Found them on GunBroker and ever since they are always the first place, I check for my shooting needs. They ship fast, are very price competitive and have the best stuff in stock.

I wanted a T2 but they’re basically unabtanium currently, so I went with the Comp M5. I was issued a aimpoint pro and a Comp M4S in the army so I’m already familiar with the durability and reliability aimpoints offer. The Comp M5 is a fantastic option if you just want a rugged reliable red dot that uses standard triple A batteries. The 2 MOA dot is crisp and clean, the glass is clear with hardly any noticeable blue notch filter, and there’s no tubing effect when looking through it that I’ve noticed. I paired mine with a Scalarworks lower 1/3rd leap mount and so far I’m loving the combo. I’m very pleased with my Aimpoint product and the awesome service I’ve received from EuroOptic!
