This is my first ATHLON. I picked it up for a Tikka 223. Good but not great eye box, particularly at/above 20x. Magnification wheel is extremely difficult to rotate although that may “break in”. No chroma shift and excellent parallax adjustment. The scope caps shipping with the glass is a nice touch.
Very good light transmission for a 30mm tube. I’d prefer a different reticle, but at the price point, this is very hard to beat.
All my other glass is NF or other “high end” glass. This scope competes sufficiently that it’s worth serious consideration if cost is a factor.

Great for the Uragan 30cal. Air gun that I put it on. Very impressed with the clarity and accuracy. Can see getting one for my sons DayState.

I bought this scope knowing nothing about Athlon. This is a lot of scope for the money. I mounted it on a 220 swift and did a quick turret track test. It did real good. I think this scope I’ll make a nice varmint scope.

My first FFP and I was pleasantly surprised when the quad type reticle changed to more of a mildot as power increases.

My first first focal plane scope so take it for what it's worth.
Seems to be a well built scope.
Very repeatable adjustments.
Clear, great price.
My only con is the size of the radical when on 24, it's big.
Probably 1 moa so not terrible but bigger than I'm used to.
Definitely happy with the purchase.

Awesome scope for my 10/22. The illuminated reticle is trash but the rest of it was exactly what I was expecting. Good rimfire scope for plinking. I wanted a scope that was similar to my high dollar ones on options but that didnt break the bank since it was going on a 22. Would recommend again but if needing one for long range or on a hunting gun I would look elsewhere.

Great scope. First time used this scope was at a ARA rim fire 50 yard event. Went full power(24x) and glass was very clear. I can see every hit. Mounted scope on a Ruger precision rim fire against mostly CZ. Very competitive rig. Could had beat them if I could have been more steady at rear bag. The turrets turned very well and had enough elevation adjustments with the 30 MOA factory scope base. I feel very confident with this scope using at 50 yards. For a budget scope you cannot go wrong.
