My field of expertise is in the area of “best practice in IT service management”, so I know a thing about service excellence, and delivering value. I expect it, and so should you! I’ve struggled to find an “internet” gun store that I could build a relationship with, one that I could just start a “layaway” dream list with and work down, one at a time. My requirements: 1. I needed a place with a physical location, but also ship to my home state of Texas, and not charge so much to ship that’s its cost prohibitive. 2. They needed to carry stuff I like. 3. They needed to be willing to order stuff I want that they might not have. 4. They needed to have a good price. 5. I didn’t want any headache’s if I chose to put stuff on layaway, instead of paying off all at once. 6. I didn’t want delay’s getting my stuff once I’d paid it off. 7. I wanted a convenient layaway process. 8. Good reviews from people that have actually problem orders. 9. A friendly, knowledge, staff. 10. A place that knows what the word relationship means, keep in mind you also have to do your part in this relationship. 11. They needed a web presence, it’s 2018. So if you haven’t stopped reading this you have the same expectation, or you are looking for a place like this. The good news is you’ve found it. I’ve done a chunk of business with them, and let me say I couldn’t be happier with them. I wanted to wait until I’d placed several orders with them before posting, so it was an honest review. I’ve bought a couple of guns, optics, accessories, etc... so, the honeymoon period is over and I still love her lol I’ve gotten many of guys from the shop at various times, and don’t have a bad word to say about any of them, and that’s not easy to accomplish unless you hire good people, and they have a good management staff. The prices are great. I suggest you call and give them a shot at what you are looking for. They always have a decent price. Josh, is a friggen rock star. I always get a fast, and fair price quote. You can tell him I sent you :) I don’t have a problem getting a person to speak to when I have a question, or an issue. I don’t have to wait in long lines at the store, or wait in traffic and the shipping service??? Oh man! They must have an army of people working 24x7 to get stuff, give you status update, and give you tracking updates, and shipping notice on the friggen double. In a word communication was outstanding. In a word service was outstanding. In a word the pricing was competitive. In a word the process was efficient. In a couple of word’s the business relationship management most effective. I’ve promised myself that once I’m in the area for business or leisure I’m going to drop by and buy those guys lunch or coffee/beer etc... Period. Are you still reading this? Click and buy it, or call and buy it! Can’t pay it off today, or just don’t want to pay it all off at once? They don’t ask for 50% down making layaway unrealistic for many folks. They don’t limit to 30 days like some places do either. They are fair and honest folks, with great products and service, at a good price too!
