Picked this up as a second Beretta to my collection. The 10-round magazine capacity was annoying, but I had other 92 magazines and MecGar magazines are easy to find and not that expensive, plus I could offload the magazines on Ebay if needbe. What was more annoying was that it was listed as 3 magazines, and only two came with it. The description was later corrected by EuroOptic and relayed to me when I called in regarding that issue and another issue I had. They said that it was a typo and supposed to say 2 magazines. The second issue is that the 92X is supposed to come with two sets of grips - the Vertec 1911 style that are installed and the wrap-around grips that revisits the original 92FS grip shape. The later was not included when I received the 92x. I spoke with a EuroOptic rep about how the latter was a critical item for me as I have a bit of carpal tunnel that flares up with straight 1911 style grips and that I specifically bought this model because it came with both. He couldn't find any information saying it was supposed to (even though on the website it does) but said he would reach out to their Beretta rep to see if it was possible to have it sent to me-- however there was no guarantee they could send the set, and if it was approved and sent no confirmation would be made available for tracking. I was not comfortable shooting it with just the Vertec grips, so after a week I ended up buying one from a parts retailer (Midwest Gunworks) for $20 and a few days later the one from the Beretta rep arrived unannounced - two is better than none I suppose.
Overall the gun is a modern take on a classic with Hackathorn style "blacked out rear and orange front" night sight, high texture grips, and a rail for mounting a weapon light. For the sale price of $499 -- $100 less than the 3x15round magazines, it was an easy choice if you have no interest in the RDO system, and can find the higher capacity Mec-Gar 18 round Beretta magazines for $25.

Very fine handgun overall with a few quirks. The magazine springs are among the stiffest I've ever seen. Impossible to get the last round in without a manual loader. The cheap plastic guide rod is annoying. Accuracy is decent, trigger is OK but not great. Reliability has been %100 so far. The slide to frame fit is very tight and the ergonomics are nice. It's my first 92 series pistol and I would happily purchase it again.
