If you get one at a deep discount, it's definitely worth it. Unless you want to attach it to anything but a picatinny rail. From what I understand the footprint doesn't match really any patterns out there. I don't think you can get an adapter or anything. It also doesn't come with a lense cover . It does come with a lens cloth and polymer multi tool for mounting and and a tool for adjusting point of aim.
I have two that I bought for cheap and overall I like them. They aren't really small, but not overly large. I think it will cover around 6 pic slots. I have one mounted on a target style .22 pistol, and the other on a canted mount on an AR. Also, the instructions don't mention how to turn it off , but you just hold the "V" (lower brightness) button until it shuts off.

For the money, this is a great reflex sight. I have 2 now. I also like the quick order service EuroOptic.com delivered on this purchase, compared to my previous go-to optics site. This is my 1st order from EuroOptic.com, but I will definitely use again & recommend to others.

Easy to mount on an AR carbine and solidly made unlike the other brands that are in the same price range. The base extension is a necessary addition that the competition does not provide. So far it's laser bore sighted. Not field sighted yet. Very happy so far!
