Customer Reviews
I have to start by saying that i'm used to a 56mm objective lens. Therefore, i didn't like the field of view on the Bushnell from the get go. To make matters worse, the eye relief is absolutely terrible. I would imagine if you want to hunt with it, you'll appreciate and want a 56mm objective lens for an increased field of view. If competition matters to you and you want to shoot a quick follow up shot, the eye relief will be important to you. Both of those things are so important in my honest opinion that i have to ask: does clear glass and a robust build even matter at this point ? Yes the glass is clear and yes it seems to be robust. The warranty is not life time however. The warranty is for whatever lifespan Bushnell gives for a certain product. You will have to look it up on their web site. I went to join their website as well but they force you to agree to their terms of service, which says they have the right to sell / give out your personal information at their discretion so i used my personal discretion to refrain from joining their site. It may sound like i'm "bashing" Bushnell. Call it what you will..... from my point of view, i'm just sharing what i've learned from making my first ever Bushnell purchase. I think i'll continue to stick with Steiner and Vortex. Both give military discounts AND offer life time warranties. I didn't realize how awesome a 56mm objective lens was until i looked through my Bushnell and noticed the difference for myself in field of view and eye relief.
