So far it’s been exactly as described. It’s a little on the heavy side, but in my case being mounted on a .416 Remington Magnum actually helps a little with felt recoil. For the money the glass is surprisingly bright and the reticle draws your eyes to the center for quick target acquisition. The illuminated reticle is bright enough for daytime visibility in most cases and perfect for low light. All in all for the money you are going to be hard pressed to find better. It’s both rugged and extremely functional for glass quality I would say appears to be on par with optics 2.5 to 3 times the price. Word of warning though, please remember the adjustment is in cm not in. This takes a minute to register and set to memory but once done makes for an easy day at the range for sight in.
