CVA's Crossfire Muzzleloader is a perfect choice for beginners and experts alike. Built on CVA's Accura V2 Muzzleloader, the Crossfire utilizes Federals FireStick ignition system – an innovative design that utilizes a sealed polymer ignition capsule with a premeasured charge of powder. The FireStick capsule is loaded into the Crossfire's break-action breech, and the projectile loaded through the barrel like a traditional muzzleloader, making the loading process fast. In addition to fast reloads, this allows hunters to have the exact charge of powder on every shot, resulting in consistent velocities and accuracy. FireStick capsules are designed for one-time use, minimizing the need to clean the breech area. This also eliminates the need for powder measures, powder flasks, nipple picks, speed loaders, cappers, and parts soakers. Other features of the Crossfire include a PalmSaver ramrod, and a fluted barrel. Select models of the Crossfire are available with pre-mounted scopes, iron sights, and DuraSight scope mounts.
