Description

Designed for use with the MDR and MDRX, the DT1X Open Reflex Sight allows the user to mount the reflex sight directly to the MDR(X)'s gas block. This allows the DT1X to maintain zero during MDR(X) caliber conversions, a major feature of Desert Tech's flagship semi-automatic weapons system.

I bought 3 items on this product, red dot seems to be solid, my main complaint is the mount, it’s NOT a picatinny mount, it’s too small for a Picatinny mount, I had to buy 3 burris fast fire 3 mounts with modifications by gunsmith. Called desert tech, they don’t provide low mounts on item. It’s specifically a MDR mounted red dot.
