Works as advertised in converting side-eject to front-eject. Note you will still need a forward ejecting chute which makes this an expensive prospect. I ended up buying another caliber conversion kit which has it included, but I could buy a different rifle for the cost of it all. Overall I'm pleased with my purchase as it gives me the flexibility to run different calibers, though switching from side-eject to front-eject (and vice versa) takes longer than simply switching front ejecting caliber kits.
