Excalibur’s Assassin 400 TD incorporates existing technologies with new innovations to create a crossbow with fast and highly reliable performance. One of the Assassin 400’s more notable features is its Quick-Loc technology – this allows the crossbow to be completely disassembled/re-assembled with the push of a button for convenient storage and transportation. The Assassin 400 TD is also equipped with Excalibur’s own Charger-Crank system, composed of an integrated crank-handle allowing the use to silently and safely cock/de-cock the crossbow even in a tree stand. The Charger-Crank system also enhances the crossbow’s accuracy by ensuring flawless string alignment. Other features of the Assassin 400 TD include the Pro-Shot trigger with a 2-stage pull and the performance of a match-grade rifle trigger, and the Tru-Fit stock which can be adjusted to the user’s preferred length of pull and cheek height. The Assassin 400 TD is completed with the Tact-100 Crossbow scope, with a multi-reticle system and is calibrated for 100 yards.
