I have this exact gun in black and have put about 850 rounds through it over about a year. In that time I only had 1 failure to feed because I didn't lube it and even still this was only a minor problem fixed by racking the slide. This has been my carry gun every day now and although it is a bit big to conceal I put up with it because I like it so much. Accuracy: I can't shoot as good as the gun can, I regularly shoot clays at 50 yards and make hits often with the factory night sights. I even shot a clay at 125 yards one time and although it took a few mags to accomplish this all my shots landed in a circle about 1 ft wide around the clay. My friend says it's a softer shooter than his glock 23 and I would have to agree. The trigger is smooth and has a defined wall before breaking at around maybe 5 lbs. Like others I have noticed the more I shoot the gun the better the trigger feels. This gun is very easy to detail strip and I routinely strip every part from the slide and clean it in less than half an hour. Sights are bright but not as bright as trijicon hd but for factory night sights they will do you just fine. They are capable of both precise and relatively fast shooting. The grip is comfortable but the aggressive checkering got to be a bit much so I ended up adding a set of rubber talon grips which feel great. Overall, I am happy with the gun and would encourage you to buy it. Plus it's cheaper and in my opinion better than a glock.

I highly recommend this company...and FN Herstal pistols. I'm shooting 3 inch (5 shot ) groups after 50 rnds at 30 ft....nothing spectacular but it instills confidence and motivation to shoot better knowing you have a quality product. Ordering was easy...and it arrived ahead of schedule. Great job Eurooptic!

Simply put, this is the most comfortable, accurate-shooting, easy to maintain hole puncher I've ever owned. I just bought two more. FN is a globally-renowned gun manufacturer...MADE IN AMERICA! Battle tested like no other. Trust me. I love this gun.

This is a very nice firearm, which was my expectation. What I did not expect was to get it at this insanely low price (350 shipped)! AND, it included the factory night sights which I like very much. The msrp for these sights à la carté is right around $100. So you're getting a pistol that has an msrp of $599, plus $100 sights, for $350. Great deal. I knew i would be a huge fan of the grips: they may be too aggressive for some, but i personally love the solid purchase i get with my hand. The extra backstrap is of course a plus, i opted to leave the flat one on. Like many of the online reviews noted, the rear sight is sort of scooped out so it's super easy to see the front post. very nice. Three magazines is a steal, they go for $45 new from FNH's website. The duo-tone is very slick looking imo and that's what i got. I am overall very impressed with this firearm, but again, FN is a top of the line manufacturer so it should be. Eurooptics was very responsive and easy to work with. The shipping policy states a $35 fee for pistol shipping, but the fns was listed as free shipping. I asked about this and they told me i would not be charged the fee, and i wasn't. Love this gun. Oh, and last but not least the trigger is the best i've ever felt. It's totally unlike anything i've ever felt but i like it very, very much. The reset is almost instantaneous

This is by far that best 40 cal on the market. Especially for the price. Hands down exceptionally well made quality pistol you would expect to pay $200 more for in a comparably equipped and finished 40 cal. Highly recommend this gun as I will be purchasing another soon.
