The tactix Delta by Garmin is a Smartwatch designed for people with an extreme outdoor lifestyle and is tested to meet military standards. It features a sizeable 1.4” display protected by a domed, scratch resistant sapphire lens and comes packed with tactical-specific features. These features include a night vision compatible screen, and Stealth Mode, which stops storing and sharing your GPS position and disables wireless communication and connectivity. Should security become an issue, this Smartwatch is equipped with a Kill Switch that clears the device of all user memory. The tactix Delta also features an advanced navigational system which gives the user access to multiple global navigational satellite systems including GPS, GLONASS, and Galileo, as well as a Dual-Format GPS to give the user access to topographical maps and can even be used to set and save remote geo positions. Another tactical aspect is Jumpmaster Mode – a sophisticated feature that calculates high-altitude release points according to military guidelines and helps guide you to your objective after you’ve jumped.

In addition to its impressive tactically focused features, the tactix Delta comes preloaded with a multitude of other useful functions. It comes outfitted with ABC sensors including an altimeter, a barometer for monitoring weather, and a 3-axis digital compass. The tactix Delta also features sensors to monitor your breathing, heart rate, oxygen consumption, and your body’s energy reserves.
