Description

The Holosun HS407K-X2 Compact 6MOA Open Reflex Sight is made to be mounted on handguns, specifically those for concealed carry. Its low profile design reduces the risk of snagging and is constructed out of durable 7075 T6 Aluminum. The HS407k-X2 utilizes Shake Awake technology that will keep the display deactivated when not in motion and can be programmed to adjust the length of time it takes for the display to turn off. Alternatively, the Shake Awake system can be turned off completely and stay powered for 50k hours. The HS407K-X2 also features Law Enforcement Model (LEM) programming that provides “Lock Mode,” and “Manual Mode.” Lock Mode will keep accidental button presses from happening when the weapon is being drawn or holstered and Manual Mode gives the user full control over reticle brightness.

I replaced the Hex Wasp on my Hellcat with the Holosun 407K and it's been an unbelieve upgrade. The 6MOA vs. 3.5 MOA is beyond noticeable.

This was my first pistol red dot and took some getting used to. Starting with a super small form factor sight was a sharp learning curve, but it is definitely doable. Directly mounted this to a P365 comp slide with zero issues. Love the 6 MOA dot for quick acquisition on a defensive pistol. Only time will tell about the durability, but so far no issues to date. Seems well built and the lack of solar panel and extra reticles really simplifies this product. Has what you need, nothing you don't. The side mounted battery allows this to mount very low on the slide to aid in co-witnessing. The buttons are slightly recessed which keeps them from inadvertently being pressed, but they are still easily accessible when you need to adjust brightness.
