Pros: fits a Walther PDP without an adapter plate, allows co-witnessing with existing sights, no batteries, multiple reticles.
Cons: no manual control of brightness except full brightness, automatic brightness control yields reticles that are too bright for my eyes, no shake to awake: the sight must be turned on manually, small on/off/mode switch.

This optic fit perfectly on the PDP without a mounting plate and was easy to zero with a bench rest. First time I've ever seen 6 rounds in a 1 1/2 in bullseye with a pistol.

Okay, this is pretty much a perfect red dot (or green, technically). It's custom made for the Walther PDP with 2.0 version of base plate, which allows for indentation to potentially hold the red dot on better (although I haven't seen anyone complain that the two screw system of 1.0 has ever failed.) Because it's made for the gun, you do not require reaching out to Walther and requesting your free adapter plate. Because of this, you have true CO-witness of the iron sights and green dot... This is not always the desired setup, however. I like it because it has a flatter parallel to the path of the bullet and the point of aim at different distances, but my friend, for example prefers a higher rid dot so they have more visibility through their red dot window. And besides essentially having an unlimited battery life with the low drain and solar panel recharger, it looks really good; the deep serations of the PDP continue flawlessly to cut grooves in the red dot mount which gives it the appearance the two components were made for each other.. Which is exactly the case.
The only things I don't love is that it is made in a country that the US may be going to war with in the next handful of years (China) and if you ever received Lasik or PRK eye surgery (like I did), you will see a star instead of a crisp dot to focus on. But those are a "me" thing, and not really a reflection of the quality of the product.

Fits weapon well, seems high quality. I like the donut of death style reticle. Looks like part of the Walther from the factory.
