I have owned the Sako A7 Long Range in .308 for over a year and have fired close to 1,000 rounds down range. Smallest five shot group has been .56 using Federal Match ammo. The 200 yd performance is just as consistant with this rifle if not better with several three shot groups at under an inch. I have no complaints with this fantastic rifle and plan on getting another in 7mm Remington magnum.

I love this rifle. It is an absolute tack driver at 700 yards.

To put it simply this is an amazing .308 rifle for the money, and one of the best factory firearm purchases I have ever made. It's accuracy is just as good if not better than the expensive custom rifles in my safe. This year I replaced the factory Warne scope mounts with a zero MOA Harris rail and NightForce rings coupled with a Leupold VX-3i varmint scope. Even with a barrel that has passed thru over 2k rounds this A7 continues to amaze producing 1/2 MOA groups with a 3/8" @ 100 yard best using 168 grain Sierra Match Kings. This Sako A7 Long Range in .308 is definitely a keeper.

Accessorized my NXS with an A7 LR .308. Set up was easy and first 3 rounds down the barrel produced a three shot group at 50 yards you could cover with a quarter. Ranged out too 100 three sub mos placements dead center. Ranged out to 400 yards this gun continued to place a three group shot 1.5 max. It's very accurate and a total pleasure to shoot.

Have this gun in a 7mm. Extremely easy to sight in. Shooting 1/2" 5 shot groups at 100 yds. I put a muzzle break on it and turned it into a "Pussy Cat" Love to shoot it.
