The Tikka T3x Hunter in 6.5 x 55 SE has become one of my favorite go to rifles for both hunting and target shooting applications. I have three Tikka T3x Hunter rifles and they all perform extremely well right out of the box. For the price, it's one of the best rifles out there. The 6.5 x 55 SE is accurate throughout a variety of bullet weights.

First and foremost, do not bother using the PPU ammo or Federal in this rifle; 2.5 inch three round groups. Second, this rifle is a tack driver, warm barrel or cold. 10/14/20 afternoon in NC. Only shot three round groups, no cooling down, 7 groups. S&B 131 1.0 inch, Fiocchi 142 Matchking .25, HSM with 140 Bergers 1 1/8, Nosler accubond 140 7/8, Remington 140 1.5, 7/8,. Amazing rifle.

These rifles are unreal. I shot a 3 shot 7/16in group at 200yds with handloads! This was with my 13,14 and 15 rds through the rifle.
