Available in straight and angled configurations, the TSN-55 Prominar measures in at 10-inches and weighs a mere 34 ounces, making it highly portable. Like many of Kowa's spotting scopes, the TSN-55 Prominar uses fluorite crystal lenses to produces clear, vivid imagery while eliminating color aberration. For a wider field-of-view, the TSN-55 Prominar is outfitted with the TE-11WZ II 17x-40x eyepiece – previously only available for larger Prominar models – increasing the TSN-55's FOV by 52% when compared to its predecessor the TSN-550. Other features include a dual focusing wheel, allowing users to make adjustments quick and precise. Additionally, the TSN-55 Prominar can be modified for photography using compatible digiscoping adapters.
