I sent my Steiner predator 4x16x50 back and bought this on. Was a little concerned about reticle on Leica but in person it's better than pic it shows. Steiner had perfect reticle for me but I am happy with this one. Parallax is much better than the Steiner. At max magnification it's clear. Magnification movement is smooth. Waiting for a bright day to see if matches Steiner. Eye relief is good. Overall very pleased with this scope. Definitely like 2.5 vs 4 starting power. At this closeout price it's so worth it. The only thing that I can tell between this one and the newer one is only the number. Every other aspect of it is identical.

First off, the Noah was fantastic, he processed my order quickly after answering my questions. My scope arrived in 2 days! It was packed beautifully.
I had a Leupold VX-5HD which had issues with holding zero and crumbs and flecks of material on the inside of the objective. It went back to Leupold 3 different times and still has issues.
I have a South African plains game hunt booked, and I could rely on the Leupold. I went ahead and bought the Leica on a leap of faith and because I use other Leica products.
The optical performance is superb. Color rendition, low light performance, resolution and clarity is stunning! I picked up my other Leupold scope and set both on 6x and compared the two. The leica was much better.
If you are looking to upgrade your scope, be sure to consider Leica. Now I have my eyes set on a set of leica Bino's!

I have purchased 6 of these on the closeout. Leica is second to no one. Warranty is awesome.
Eye relief box is very generous. Very tactile clicks. Tracks perfect. Too less zero is nice.
Reticle is a standard .2/10 mil tree reticle very nice.
The illumination is great.
Clarity rivals S&B, zco, swaro , tangent, I compared them all to my eyes it’s in the hunt.

I had a Leupold Scope VX5-HD 3-15x44 that I really wanted to enjoy. It went back to leupold 3 different times for failure to hold zero, black flecks "crumbs" on the inside of the objective lens, and the problems were never fixed correctly. I just purchased this Leica Amplus 6. I wish I bought this before the Leupold. The clarity, image quality, and color rendition is phenomenal. The ability to resolve deer in dusk and shadows is superior to the Leupold. Noah at Eurooptic had this scope to me in 3 days! The packaging was outstanding too! This is my best hunting gear purchase to date.
It's going on my Sako 85 .30-06 and headed to South Africa in a few weeks!

Just received today scope clarity is amazing at all magnifications. Instructions included did not have much info on using the scope but easily found online. It is mounted but have not used yet due to the weather. Very nice scope for the price! Thanks Europtic

I was a little put out by the price of the scope going down $50, right after I made the purchase. I also had to do extra digging to find info on the reticle subtenions. Other ty han that the scope clarity and quality seem to be spot on! It is mounted on a Savage 110 ultralite camo rifle in 308 Winchester with Talley medium rings. At this time I have not had a chance to shoot.
