Serious value in top quality glass. I mounted mine on a Vudoo V22s. The first time I looked through it was was concerned about the lack of a crisp image - but no! I was seeing faint mirage that I had never seen before at that range using my other optics. I was still concerned that maybe I wasn't using the right scope for the application but that's not been the case at all. I get fantastic resolution in all conditions and excellent light gathering. The elevated crosshair might detract from image quality on a lesser scope, being a bit off optical center, but again, the glass is amply excellent that I don't see any degradation anywhere in the field of view. I admit that I don't set up my windflags in the bottom half of the field of view as the LR reticle design allows, so I can't comment on that feature particularly. But the LR reticle serves just find as a standard fine dot-crosshair too. All this and a 10y - infinity parallax free range, also. While it's an excellent rimfire benchrest scope, I could always using this in an airgun benchrest application or long range rifle.
