Upon receiving this scope, I open the box and immediately notice a huge crack in the reticle lens that covers pretty much the entire upper half of the reticle. Called customer service, and they did a great job trying to rectify the issue. Sent me a return label, and I had a replacement scope within 3 days. Open the box… exact same thing with that one. So now it’s at Nightforce being warrantied, with a 6 week expected wait for it to be done and shipped back. So 5⭐️ for EuroOptic customer service. I’d give the scope itself 5⭐️ as well, because it is built exactly as you’d expect a Nightforce to be built. And no company is immune to having mishaps in manufacturing or putting out lemons. That’s why companies have QC departments. I give zero stars for Nightforce QC department, as both scopes had the same person QC them, so whoever CT is, needs to be retrained on what acceptable flaws in an $1850 scope are. I’ll give you a hint, there aren’t any, it had better be perfect… let alone have glaring obvious flaws like cracks in the reticle lens. C’mon Nightforce, be better.

Wow I really feel bad for these 2 customers sucks to pay that. Much money then have A-scope with a crack in it. I have 2 of them great scopes. They are on both of my to go rifles. Like I said mine are flawless I definitely recommend. I hope customer service. At night force fixes the problem for you guys and. Then you can really see how this scope shines as far as eurooptic they're wonderful.

Same as above..the lense has a crack in it at 1 power..i literally just opened the box and there it is..i might as well have copied and pasted the above review
